What you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in an end-to-end PM role;
- Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies;
- Strong leadership, effective communication, and negotiation skills;
- Experience with Executive level presentations and communication;
- Excellence in stakeholder management and conflict resolution;
- Ability to drive high standards of customer service and proactive communication throughout the delivery;
- International mindset and open-minded;
- PMP/PRINCE2 practitioner certification.
What to expect working with us:
- End-to-end accountability for the project;
- Plan projects in agreement with the customer and all internal and external parties;
- Lead the project from kick-off through implementation until formal closure, ensuring KPIs fulfillment;
- Identify and assess risks and apply relevant mitigating actions;
- Monitor and control project scope, timeline, budget, and quality of the project;
- Ensure regular project reporting according to customer and internal requirements;
- Challenging projects, learning new tools and methodologies, dynamic environment, and excellent clients.
