- 5 years of project management experience, a minimum 2 of which support change management efforts;
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Experienced in managing end-to-end complex transformational and/or organizational restructuring projects;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal;
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere in challenging circumstances;
- Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills;
- Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of required changes;
- Develop and execute change management support activities, such as communication and training deliverables;
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent “change” resistance;
- Consult and coach project teams on change management best practices and support activities;
- Complete change management assessments, e.g. change readiness surveys and mitigation tactics;
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
- Support and engage senior leaders.
