Change Manager

We expect you to have:

  • 5 years of project management experience, a minimum 2 of which support change management efforts;
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end complex transformational and/or organizational restructuring projects;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships;
  • Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal;
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations;
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere in challenging circumstances;
  • Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills;
  • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of required changes;
  • Develop and execute change management support activities, such as communication and training deliverables;
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics;
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent “change” resistance;
  • Consult and coach project teams on change management best practices and support activities;
  • Complete change management assessments, e.g. change readiness surveys and mitigation tactics;
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress;
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
